What we do #
You buy a data plan for where you’re going, we email you a QR code, and your phone connects to a local network when you arrive.
Connectivity comes from mobile network operators in each market. Simvito resells it and is not a mobile network operator.
Before you buy #
Check that your phone supports eSIM and isn’t locked to a carrier on the compatible devices page.
Every plan shows its networks, data and validity before you pay.
Getting your eSIM #
Sign in with Google or Apple and pay. The QR code usually arrives by email within minutes, and your eSIMs and orders stay in your account.
If something goes wrong #
Write to support@simvito.com with your order number. Refunds follow our refund policy.
