Accessibility

1. In the app #

Screen readers: every button, tab and form field has a name that VoiceOver (iPhone, iPad) and TalkBack (Android) read out. We tested choosing a plan, paying and installing an eSIM on an iPhone with VoiceOver turned on.

Larger text: text follows the text size set on your phone. Screens are checked at up to three times the default size so that nothing is cut off.

Dark mode: the app follows your phone's light or dark setting, or you can choose one in Account → Appearance.

Reduced motion: when Reduce Motion (iPhone) or Remove animations (Android) is on, the app skips its animations.

2. On the website #

Pages use headings, labelled buttons and labelled form fields so that screen readers and keyboards can use them, and text scales with your browser's zoom.

We have not run a full audit of the website yet. If a page does not work for you, tell us.

3. Known gaps #

Card details are entered on a page run by our payment provider. Its card fields have limited labels for screen readers and do not follow your text size. On iPhone, Apple Pay avoids that page.

White text on our orange buttons does not meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio.

Voice Control and Switch Control have not been tested.
