SG Arrival Card: who submits it, when, and the MyICA app
Every visitor submits the free SG Arrival Card in the three days before arriving, on the ICA website or in the MyICA app. Any site that charges a fee isn't ICA.

Who submits it
All travellers submit the SG Arrival Card, with its electronic health declaration, before arriving in Singapore. ICA lists two exceptions: travellers transiting without clearing immigration, and Singapore residents (citizens, permanent residents and long-term pass holders) entering through the Woodlands and Tuas land checkpoints. Foreign visitors arriving by land from Malaysia submit it too.
When
Within three days before arrival, counting the day you arrive: arriving on 30 June, you can submit from 28 June. ICA sends an acknowledgement to the email address you give, and after immigration your e-Pass, which shows how long you may stay, arrives by email too. Use an address you can open when you land.
Only .ica.gov.sg or the MyICA app
- Website: eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard. Every official ICA address contains “.ica.gov.sg”.
- App: MyICA Mobile, from the App Store or Google Play. The redesigned arrival card moved into the app on 30 September 2026, so update it before you submit.
- Submission is free. ICA says sites that charge a processing fee aren't affiliated with it. Report fake sites to the police anti-scam helpline, 1800 722 6688.
If your plans change
Use Update SGAC on the same e-service to change your arrival details. A group submission covers people travelling together on one trip, not several trips.
Arriving by land from Johor Bahru
Coming through Woodlands or Tuas by car, motorcycle, lorry or bus, you can scan a QR code from the MyICA app instead of showing your passport. That doesn't work on your first visit to Singapore, or with a passport you haven't entered on before. You still submit the SG Arrival Card.
Visas and length of stay
The arrival card isn't a visa. Indian passports need a Singapore visa; mainland Chinese ordinary passports have been visa-exempt for stays of up to 30 days since 9 February 2024. For other passports the immigration officer sets the stay, shown on the e-Pass; for British citizens it's normally 30 to 90 days.
Data when you land
Install a Singapore eSIM before you fly so the e-Pass email reaches you on arrival. Going on to Johor Bahru? A Malaysia & Singapore plan covers both, and Malaysia has its own arrival card, the MDAC.
